Nashville recording artist Susan Rose, debuts her CD release of “For A Single Yesterday” featuring her quickly climbing upbeat and uplifting comical hit singles “Cloud 9” and “Why Can’t I Find A Man That’s Not A Used To Have”. Originally from Orlando, FL, Susan moved to TN to pursue her musical dreams in the early 90’s. This talented singer/songwriter has performed and toured around the world with bands, cruise ships, and theme parks, as well as working as a back up singer for country legends Randy Parton and Lee Greenwood.
During this time period, she also acquired radio play around the world and even had a single in the Top 100 Cashbox charts.

As the writer of this self penned CD, her style lies in a more traditional country and Texas swing flavor. Her lyrics cover a wide range of emotions, telling a story, and sung straight from the heart. Her unique true country sound combined with this legendary style gives her music a distinct sound far from the pop country of today.

Her career has taken her around the world and several entertainment career paths. After many years of performing, Susan moved to the production side and became quite successful as a concert lighting designer and programmer, touring with various major artists such as Louise Mandrell, Ringo Starr, John Berry, Hank Willliams Jr, and many others, as well as working on numerous television shows such as the Stellar Awards, Dove Awards, Trumpet Awards, and countelss other television shows, theme parks, ships and concerts.

Her career has come somewhat full circle. The singing career inadvertently led to her lighting career, and now it seems that her experiences and contacts in the music industry thru lighting have led her back into music again, opening up endless opportunities from major industry players that believe in her and are doing all that they can to help her pursue her dreams.

Though she has a passion for lighting, the music is still in her blood and will never die out. Her dream is to take her experiences from the past 20 years and express them to you in her music. We hope you enjoy!
