Hey everyone =] My name is Sunn, I'm 18 and a singer/songwriter. Im getting signed to a record label called, SAB  and I'm SOOOOO stoked because this is the beginning of my career =]]  I've been singing ever since i was seven and all i could ever dream of was being a singer. Growing up, i never thought of writing my own songs or music, i guess mainly because i didnt know how and i didnt really have anything to write about.. When i turned 15 everything changed. i started recording and then soon after began writing lyrics and music.  Inspiration for a song can develop from a lot of different things but what sparked my inspiration for writing was the challenges and expiriences i was dealing with in my life.

Writing songs, for me, was a way to release emotions and write about something that maybe i couldnt find in another song. No matter who you are i think one of the best feelings is finding a song that makes u say, "oh my gosh this is my song! this must have been written for me" just because you relate to it so well. Thats my favorite thing about writing is hoping that you make someone else out there feel like that when they listen to your song.

When i write music it can be frusturating. It takes a lot of determination and patience. Music not only has to be catchy but also captivating to the person listening to it. That can be challenging but thats probably the most creative part for me. Lyrics can be worked over so many times and i've come to realize it's A LOT easier to work with someone else when writing lyrics. My manager and I have written some songs together and it was SO much easier writing with him. One, you dont give up as easily and two its more fun.
